We are currently offering the Satsazuka rooms for 54,000 JPY plus a 30,000 deposit for the 3.5 tatami room and 56,000 JPY plus deposit for the 4.5 tatami room. Utility charges are shared among the guests and usually run from 3-5,000 JPY per month.
The Satsazuka house has 5.7-square-meter furnished private rooms. Housing includes a shared kitchen with appliances, ashowers and a bathroom facilities for the tenants. There is also a washing machine available on-site. It is an international house--with guests from all over the world. We try also to host events and international mixers when available--so you will have great opportunities to meet people from all our houses around Tokyo.
