We are currently offering the Higashi-Shinjuku rooms from 50,000 JPY to 63,000 plus a 10,000 deposit. Utility charges at the house are split equally between tenants. The usual fee is normally about 3-8,000 yen per month.
The Hishi-Shinjuku house has 7-square-meter furnished private rooms. The house includes a shared kitchen with appliances, and sufficient showers and bathroom facilities for the tenants. There are also washing machines available on-site. It is an international house--with guests from all over the world. We try also to host events and international mixers when available--so you will have great opportunities to meet people from all our houses around Tokyo.
